With a central decoration of a large bouquet of polychrome flowers on a gray ground, the marli decorated with a frieze of stylized foliage in gold.

Original wear of the ground.

Sèvres imperial factory, 1809.

Mark with red stamp and mark of painter RX.

Provenance

Between June 7, 1809 and May 9, 1810, 38 plates of this model with a gold frieze, cartel of flowers, nine of which were defective (presumably because of the bottom that did not hold), entered the store several times of sale of the manufacture. The price of each plate was fifty pounds. Unfortunately, the recipient of this service is unknown.
