Decorated with a portrait of King Louis-Philippe and a view of the Château de Versailles

AB shaped cup with polychrome gold and platinum decoration, ornate with a portrait of King Louis-Philippe in right profile, in light brown monochrome imitating a cameo, in a medallion surrounded by gold garlands, decorated with gold and platinum scrolls, pattern and foliage standing out against a "beau bleu" background.

The saucer is adorned at the center with a polychrome view of the Palace of Versailles entitled "Palais de Versailles - 1841", and more particularly with the wing containing the Museum of French History inaugurated by the King in 1837, in a medallion decorated with a garland of oak leaves and gold pearls on a "beau bleu" background.

Very good condition, no restoration.

Sèvres royal factory, 1845.

Green mark and blue stamp.
