Applicable Law
These conditions of use are submitted to the French law. The disputes will be submitted to the French court juridiction. If one of these conditions is considered as illegal, invalid or impossible to apply because of the law of a State or a country where these conditions are supposed to apply, it will be removed from this clause. All other conditions will remain current and will continue to be compulsory and enforceable.
We will try to work towards an amicable settlement of any disputes that may arise in connection with the interpretation, acceptance and implementation of these terms and conditions, regardless of the place of subscription or settlement, that Parties undertake to search.
In the event that such an amicable settlement should fail to be agreed on within three months, the Paris Court will be the only one of competent juridiction, even in case of an appeal under warranty or plurality of respondents, for emergency or protective procedures. In any case or in the presence of a choice to determinate the applicable law, the French law will be systematically applied.
